   New Employee Training
New employees are required to complete the onboarding and training program within their first three months of employment. This program is designed to facilitate their adaptation and integration into the team. The training is divided into two parts: department-specific job-related training provided by respective supervisors, and company-wide training programs conducted throughout the year.
   Common Training
The training sessions are scheduled in accordance with the annual education and training plan and conducted in a timely manner. The courses are delivered through diverse formats, including lectures and seminars, covering topics such as computer skills, language proficiency, interpersonal communication, workplace etiquette, and mental and physical well-being. These programs aim to comprehensively enhance employees’ fundamental transferable skills.
   Professional Training
Professional courses are designed based on job requirements to enhance employees’ technical expertise and practical skills. Each department plans annual training programs and hands-on learning opportunities to accelerate on-the-job development, aiming to cultivate professionals across various fields.
   Management Training
Management competency training programs are designed for senior executives, middle managers, and frontline supervisors to support continuous improvement of managerial capabilities and build high-performing teams. Professional trainers and expert instructors are invited to deliver courses aimed at enhancing employees’ leadership, communication, and execution skills.
   Self-Directed Learning

It enables employees to acquire knowledge across diverse learning environments and continuously deepen their understanding through online resources after class.
   Internal Training
Courses are designed and delivered by internal experts or supervisors, closely aligned with the company’s business operations and practical needs. This enables employees to quickly grasp organizational processes, professional skills, and corporate culture, enhancing their readiness and practical application capabilities.
   External Training
By participating in external seminars or courses, employees can acquire the latest industry knowledge and professional skills, gain cross-disciplinary experience and advanced methodologies, thereby strengthening their professional competence and practical abilities.
