Safe Working Environment
Working Environment: ASolid is a professional IC design house. We outsource the production to semiconductor foundries, and testing to assembly houses. Therefore, we have no equipment and environment for pollution prevention and control.
Since our establishment, ASolid has never undertaken business disputes, and loss of profits arisen in environmental pollution incidents.
From 14th September through 7th October 2020, the company offered training on ethical management for all managers and employees. The training includes Ethical Management Policy, Codes of Ethical Conduct, Human Rights Policy and Management Programs, Occupational Safety and Health Policy, etc.
The Corporate Governance training has been incorporated in new employee training. Since December 2022, 383 personnel have taken the course, 383 personnel finished the training, a total of 766 man-time with a 100% completion rate. In addition, we have uploaded the training material to the internal training platform for employees to consult.
ASolid is always caring about creating a friendly workplace for employees. Therefore, Work Rules and Human Rights Policy and Management Programs stipulated that for recruitment, remuneration package, training, promotion, dismissal, retirement, or any other labor rights, no employee or candidate will be discriminated against due to the following factors. (Discriminations include but are not limited to race, social gap, language, thoughts, religion, political orientation, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, disability, sign, blood type, etc.)
Diverse & Inclusive
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, letting female employees use their skills and abilities in our company. As of June 2022, our female employees account for 30% of the total number of employees. And the proportion of females at the management level accounted for 21%.
We also formulate Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint, and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace and provide appeals channels for employees. Besides, build breastfeeding rooms and provide appointed daycare centers to create a gender-friendly workplace for our employees.
ASolid is people-oriented and care for employees when designing and creating working environments and atmospheres, we encourage barrier-free organizational communication and interaction throughout the whole company.
We conduct regular company meeting to encourage interdepartmental and intradepartmental sharing of working experiences and knowledge through study groups.
