AS2683EN is ASolid’s first SD 2.0 controller that can support 24 bit (below) ECC Toggle mode/ONFI DDR flash. This product is built in with single-channel high-speed flash interface with BCH error correction code, and supports all types of NAND flash, including TLC, MLC and SLC.
